PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Quality assurance is an integral aspect of organizational competitiveness. This involves the set of policies, processes, and procedures that will improve an organizations products and services, which will lead to noticeable differentiation in the market. Our Certified Quality Assurance Specialist (CQAS) training program was carefully designed by industry experts to equip current and future quality assurance specialists with the requisite skills to be successful in any organization that requires such specialist. During this 50-hour training program, participants will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to implement and improve a quality assurance program at an organization.

Upon successful completion of this training program, participants should be able to:

  • Use appropriate business communication tools and strategies to build and maintain favorable working relationships in an organization
  • Apply relevant coaching strategies to increase productivity within a team
  • Conduct routine and ad hoc quality assurance evaluations in various situations
  • Evaluate quality assurance systems using Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Develop a sound document control system that ensures the correct version of documentation is available at all times
  • Use appropriate time management strategies to increase efficiency while performing duties
  • Apply leadership principles to various situations to encourage team effectiveness
  • Produce and maintain documents supporting a quality system
  • Apply industry best practices to secure a company’s data
  • Apply sound ethical principles and practices to various quality assurance situations
  • Outline ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management
  • Use a set of techniques and tools for process improvement (Six Sigma)
