Do you store credit and debit card numbers?

Yes. However, your card details are encrypted using the latest encryption services available. Only the last four (4) digits of your card is visible to you and us, which is according to international standards. All credit and debit card details are processed and stored by Stripe.com. So, there’s no need to worry about being scammed.

I am having difficulties resetting my password. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that you are currently experiencing difficulties resetting your password. To reset your password, please send us an email to support@mazcons.com and we will reset it for you after we have verified your identity. Direct support is available from 7am to 10pm Mondays to Fridays and 9am to 6pm weekends and public holidays.

Why do I need to go through a verification process?

In order to maintain the integrity of our booking service, we require all subscribers to verify their identity prior to being added to our database of corporate trainers. Please review our policies.

Can I pay my subscription annually?

Yes. Your annual subscription will be your monthly rate multiplied by 12.

Do you offer trainings on weekends and public holidays?

Based on our client’s schedule, we may conduct trainings on weekends and public holidays. Conducting training on a public holiday will attract an additional cost. Please click here to view applicable fees.

What is your current exchange rate?

Our exchange rate is based on the average daily rate published by the Bank of Jamaica (BoJ).

What is your Value-Added Tax (VAT) rate?

Since we are domicile in Jamaica, the applicable VAT is the General Consumption Tax (GCT), which is 16.5%.

Do you add Value-Added Taxes (VAT) to your products and services?

Yes. As long as the product or service should attract a VAT we will apply it. You will see the VAT added when payments are to be made.

Yes. You will need to cancel the current subscription and purchase the subscription of choice.

How long does it take to receive a quotation?

Our standard is within 24-48 hours from the time of receipt.

Do you accept cash payments?

Yes. However, you will not accept amounts exceeding J$500,000, US$1,500, CAN$1,500, or £1,500. or any combination.

Do you accept company cheques?

We only accept company cheques from those listed here.

Are all prices in US dollars?

Yes. However, depending on your current location, prices may be automatically shown in your local currency.

What is a Virtual Campus Access Pass?

This is your unique code for accessing your class(es). Your trainer will give you the access code.

How often do you host seminars?

Typically, seminars are held once per year. However, if there is a significant demand then we will consider adding another seminar.

Do you combine promotional offers?

No, you are not permitted to combine offers.

What is included in the monthly booking report?

Your typical monthly report will give a summary of the past month’s booking activities.

Why do I need to pay commission and subscription fees?

We offer a unique booking service that requires a lot of resources to provide you with the service you deserve. This takes a lot of money and to offset the costs, we charge you menial fees that are not relatively burdensome.
