Mazcons Limited was formally registered in Jamaica as The Entrepreneur Business Solutions Limited (T.E.B.S.). The company was established on August 7, 2008 by Mr. Steve C. Maxwell, who is currently the Chief Executive Officer. At Mazcons, our very existence is to deliver world-class training solutions at budget-friendly costs by using a blended approach, which incorporates online and face-to-face interactions while building a lasting partnership with each of our clients. Mr. Steve C. Maxwell

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Steve is a seasoned business professional who specializes in corporate training and small business development services. He has over 15 years’ combined experience in aviation, insurance sales, and education. His training interests are in management, research, eLearning, and small business management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Banking and Finance.


Mrs. Nadine Welcome- Maxwell

Company Secretary and Director of Human Resources

Nadine brings to Mazcons over 10 years’ experience in customer service and banking. She is directly responsible for recruitment and general employee relations. In this role, Nadine is tasked with effectively planning, designing, developing, and evaluating our human resource-led initiatives that will support our overall strategic goals.


Mr. Kenista D. Simpson

Information Technology Manager

With close to a decade’s worth of experience in a range of tech-focused areas, Kenista Simpson, our Information Technology Manager, comes highly qualified to the post, having specialized in the resolution of a number of computer-related problems, programming, web-designing, and website administration. Simpson holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information System (MIS) – an accomplishment seamlessly complemented by his over two years’ experience in customer service and business development. Now in charge of implementing and monitoring our organization’s technology services, Mr. Simpson looks to deliver his years of experience into the unique quality of excellence associated with our company.

Mr. Omar Robinson

General Manager, Round Hill Hotel and Villas

Omar Robinson is currently the General Manager of the Round Hill Hotel and Villas, located in Hopewell, Hanover, Jamaica. His experience in the industry spans over 20 years. He began his career as an Entertainment Coordinator at Sandals Resorts and after completing management training, was quickly promoted to several managerial positions including Resident Manager. Omar displays his leadership style everyday by being very hands-on and involved in all aspects of his team’s activities.

Omar attended the Nova Southeastern and Southern New Hampshire Universities, where he pursued a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Management, majoring in Hospitality Management and a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership respectively. Currently, he is pursuing doctoral studies in Organizational Leadership from Creighton University in Omaha Nebraska, USA.

Dr. Meredith Hypolite Derby

Business Consultant

Hypolite Derby is currently a board member of the Airports Authority of Jamaica. She is a seasoned aviation specialist who has experience working as Associated Director (BTEC Consulting), Business Development Executive, Director on Executive Committee (Private Sector Organization of Jamaica), Vice President (Guanabovale Foundation), Project Director (Caribbean Aerospace College), President (Small Business Association of Jamaica), and Senior Consultant (MGO Consult & Training).

Mr. Richard Dennis

Managing Director, WICan Supply & Services Limited

Dennis is currently the Managing Director for WICan Supply & Services Limited, where he has spent over 9 years at the helm. He was an Inventory Controller for GraceKennedy Limited for 8 years. He attended New Era Business Institute and Cornwall College.

Mr. Duane Thomas

Barrister and Attorney-at-Law

Thomas is the owner of Duane Thomas & Company and has been practicing law for over 11 years in Jamaica. He attended Nottingham Trent University (Bar Vovation Diploma, Law) and The University of Wolverhampton (Bachelor of Laws). His areas of legal expertise are in Commercial Litigation, Mediation, Conveyancing, and Litigation.
